Armed Forces Day - Romford Havering

Today marked Armed Forces Day, with support from Metropolitan Police officers from the Havering Town Centre Team, Neighbourhood teams, and Special Constable volunteers.

Officers were on hand to support and ensure the safe passage of the parade as it made its way through Romford Town Centre, drawing members of the community together in recognition of this important occasion.

The event concluded at the Town Hall, celebrating the outstanding contributions of our serving armed forces, their families, reservists, veterans, and cadets as well as all those who have dedicated their lives to keeping our communities safe.
